This Cooking with Chelsea edition was created and inspired by a trip to Bali. The broad and diverse cultures of Southeast Asia have some of the most exciting cuisines full of diverse ingredients, spices, and flavors. This in-person Southeast Asia inspired cooking class is an experience that welcomes any intermediate or pro-cooks. There will be meal courses + wine pairing as well as plenty of love and laughter in the room. I will share stories, recipes, tips, and tricks to prepare the perfect Southeast Asian cuisine.
